Returns & Exchanges

At BOS Jewelers Inc, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with the RMA form and all original certifications.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
